You Don't Have a Lead Problem.
You Have a Pipeline Leak.

Most solo and small PI firms already pay for leads. The leak happens after the phone rings — missed calls, slow response, weak qualification, under-structured cases, and settlement decisions made with incomplete information.

The expensive case is the one you never knew called.

Missed calls, slow response, weak qualification, under-structured case facts, and blind settlement decisions all create the same problem: money leaks out of the firm before anyone sees it.

Missed calls do not look expensive in the moment. They look like voicemail. The cost shows up later — in cases you never knew you lost.

Stage 1 — INTAKE Captures the Opportunity

Benjamin answers calls, follows deterministic intake logic, asks practice-specific questions, flags lead priority, sends priority SMS for A+ leads, and books consultations.

Routed Calls Answered When Enabled

Calls can route to Benjamin based on your firm's configured schedule, routing rules, and intake setup.

English + Spanish

Both languages included at no extra cost.

A/B/C/D Visibility

See every call scored. Know what you're getting.

All Records Visible

Every intake record stays visible. Benjamin flags A+ opportunities for priority review, but TrueVow INTAKE does not use public unlock fees.

Calendar Booking

Consults can be booked into your calendar based on firm-approved rules.

Priority SMS

Built for Firms That Want Control, Not an Enterprise AI Rollout

Some legal AI platforms try to automate the entire case lifecycle at once. TrueVow starts where solo and small PI firms usually leak money first: intake.

Begin with routed calls, qualification, priority alerts, calendar booking, and structured intake records. Then expand into Nurture Agent, LEVERAGE, or SETTLE only when the pipeline proves value.

Principle 1

Controlled Intake First

Benjamin follows firm-approved intake paths, routing rules, escalation logic, and recording settings. It is not a free-form chatbot improvising legal advice.

Principle 2

Built for Solo & Small PI Firms

TrueVow is designed for owner-led plaintiff firms that need clear pricing, fast setup, Spanish support, priority alerts, and practical pipeline visibility.

Principle 3

No Platform Migration Required

Start with phone routing, calendar booking, structured intake records, and portal review. Native case-management integrations are added only when approved and real.

What Happens When the Phone Rings After Hours?

It's 7:42 p.m. You're at dinner.

A potential client calls after leaving the ER.

Benjamin answers, qualifies the opportunity, checks the key intake facts, and books the consult.

You get the alert. The caller gets help. The opportunity is captured instead of waiting in voicemail.

How Benjamin Works

Benjamin uses firm-approved intake paths for core routing, qualification, escalation, and booking logic — not free-form chatbot behavior. That keeps the intake path predictable and auditable.

1. Caller Reaches the Firm

Call forwarded or direct dial. Benjamin answers routed calls when enabled.

2. Benjamin Follows Deterministic Logic

Practice-specific questions. Incident timing screen. Basic liability facts.

3. Intake Facts Captured & Prioritized

A+ opportunities trigger priority alerts. B/C/D records remain visible.

4. Consultation Booked

Into your calendar based on firm-approved rules. Confirmations sent.

5. Structured Intake Record

Every call produces a structured intake record with key facts, priority flags, and risk indicators.

6. Pipeline Flow

Case facts can flow into LEVERAGE and SETTLE when you're ready.

INTAKE Plans Start at $499/Month

All intake records visible. No public unlock fees. Pricing scales by routed call volume, workflow needs, reporting, and support.

Common Questions

Is Benjamin an answering service?

No. Answering services take messages and forward calls. Benjamin qualifies leads by practice area, flags lead priority, books consults, and triggers priority alerts for strong leads. It follows firm-approved intake paths, routing rules, and escalation logic instead of free-form chatbot behavior.

Is this a chatbot?

Benjamin uses deterministic intake logic for live-call decisions. It can support approved open-ended responses, but it is not designed to improvise legal advice or make attorney judgment calls.

Do I pay for every lead?

No. TrueVow INTAKE does not use public per-lead unlock fees. Every plan keeps intake records visible inside the portal. Benjamin may flag A+ opportunities based on firm-approved criteria, but the firm reviews and decides what to pursue.

Is Spanish included?

Yes. English and Spanish intake are both included at no extra cost. Callers are served in whichever language they prefer.

Can I use LEVERAGE or SETTLE without INTAKE?

Yes. LEVERAGE can be used standalone or at the ecosystem price with active INTAKE. SETTLE can be used per report by approved firms, while SETTLE Pro requires active INTAKE or LEVERAGE. When modules are connected, structured case data can flow through the TrueVow pipeline.
