How does the pricing model work?
TrueVow has three public INTAKE plans: SOLO ($499/mo), GROWTH ($1,299/mo), and TEAM ($1,999/mo). Every plan keeps all intake records visible and uses no public unlock fees or per-lead billing.

SOLO includes 40 routed calls or 440 minutes. GROWTH includes 100 routed calls or 1,100 minutes. TEAM includes 200 routed calls or 2,200 minutes. Additional routed calls are billed at the plan overflow rate unless the firm upgrades.

All plans require approval, onboarding configuration, and a successful test call before activation.
Do you charge per lead or use unlock fees?
No. Public TrueVow INTAKE plans do not use per-lead unlock fees. Benjamin may flag A+ priority opportunities based on firm-approved criteria, but intake records remain visible inside the portal.

Your plan changes when your call volume, minute usage, attorney count, reporting needs, routing complexity, or support requirements grow.

Yes. Spanish intake support is included. During onboarding, the firm confirms when Spanish intake should be offered and how Spanish-language callers should be routed, booked, or escalated.

No. Benjamin is not a free-form chatbot. Benjamin follows firm-approved intake paths, routing rules, escalation logic, and recording settings. It can support yes/no questions, structured responses, and approved open-ended prompts, but it is not designed to provide legal advice or make attorney judgment calls.
What happens when a call comes in?
When Benjamin is enabled for a routed call, it follows the firm's approved greeting, screening questions, escalation rules, booking rules, and recording/transcript settings. Benjamin creates a structured intake record and alerts the firm according to the plan and configuration.

Recording and transcript generation are optional and controlled by firm policy. Case analysis workflows do not require client identifiers where they are not needed. TrueVow is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
